The 17th Annual Coach Wooden Citizenship Cup, an award given to the most outstanding role models among athletes, announced the Professional, Collegiate, and High School honorees for its 2022 ceremony held April 28th at the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta.  Special thanks go out to our patrons and sponsors.  The free photo gallery for the evening can be found at www.dstork.com.

Sports Illustrated’s Best Female Athlete of the 20th Century Jackie Joyner-Kersee was the Professional recipient, Samantha Thomas of the University of Arizona and Joshua King of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy were the Collegiate recipients, and the two national High School recipients were Brianna Brasko and Benjamin Bauer.  ESPN anchor Jay Harris served as the Master of Ceremonies.

Watch for special announcements about the 18th Annual Coach Wooden Citizenship Cup event happening in spring, 2023 at the College Football Hall of Fame.  Patrons of this year’s Cup will be provided a special sponsor discount to the fall Athletes for a Better World Charity Golf Tournament.
