Athletes for a Better World encourages all coaches and organizational heads to consider these awards for their teams. The Spirit of ABW awards should be awarded to the athlete who best exemplifies the Code for Living on each team - not the best player.

Presented to one male & one female athlete each year, the Dooley Scholarship Awards call attention to the high esteem in which the values of hard work, sportsmanship and community service are held, so that they may become a stronger part of the ethos of participation in Georgia High School Sports.
