Race for the Cure
On September 17, 2000 over 19,000 people came together to participate in the Seattle Race for the Cure, including several members of Athletes for a Better World. The 2000 Seattle Race for the Cure raised more than 1.2 million for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
