Athletes for a Better World (ABW) is free to join. All we require is your effort to act as an individual or as a team in accordance with the Code for Living and to encourage others to do the same.  

• To enable you to act on the ideals of ABW, you will receive a quarterly newsletter via email, regular mail or at our website. The newsletter has information on what others are doing to promote the goal of ABW and how they’ve successfully incorporated ABW’s tenets into their lives on and off the field. You may also use our educational materials to lead discussions about the right way to behave on the field. 
• To help you encourage others to be a part of ABW, you may obtain copies of the Code for Living for athletes, coaches, and parents; color posters to place in your room or your athletic facility are also available upon request.
• To answer your questions on how to utilize the Code in your life, for your team, or in your community, please call or email the ABW staff.
• To help reinforce our core values of hard work and sportsmanship, ABW is happy to provide speakers as available to work directly with your team. ABW will also work in conjunction with your teams and leagues to coordinate seminars, workshops, and conferences.

As a member, you can play a pivotal role in improving the culture of sports. ABW is more than isolated members spread out across the nation. There are opportunities for you to interact and share experiences, ideas, problems and solutions. You will become part of an inspirational movement dedicated to restoring the sportsmanship in sports and teaching the joy of Winning More Than the Game.
